Both! We offer project-based engagements (such as a grant proposal or a one-time strategic plan), as well as ongoing monthly retainers for organizations that need consistent fundraising support. All pricing is customized to your scope and budget — we discuss this during the proposal phase after your discovery call.

It depends on the scope of work. A grant writing project might be 2–4 weeks. A full strategic fundraising plan typically takes 4–8 weeks. Ongoing retainer clients work with us month-to-month, often renewing for 6–12 month periods as we see results together.
