Enala Mwashitete- Is an entrepreneur, fundraising consultant, and community activist known for her relationship-driven approach to sustainable growth. With a deep commitment to long-term impact over short-term gains, she partners with nonprofits and small businesses to build strong foundations that endure.
Enala has collaborated with organizations such as Covenant House PA, Raji Foundation, Kensington Community Cooperation for Individual Dignity (KenCCID), and CRI, among others. Her work centers on helping nonprofits scale thoughtfully and sustainably, while guiding non profits and small businesses to grow through meaningful community engagement and authentic relationships.
Grounded in trust, strategy, and a wealth of hands-on experience, Enala empowers every client she works with to not only expand—but to do so with purpose and lasting impact.
